Requirements
- Native Telugu with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years of professional experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Leasing, Hospitality Services, or Community Operations
- Background in one or more relevant roles: Property or Community Association Management, Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Sales, Leasing Operations, Concierge & Guest Services, Rental Services, Tenant Relations, or Facilities Coordination
- Strong understanding of customer service workflows, leasing and sales operations, property management practices, and Indian real estate environments
Responsibilities
- Design realistic Real Estate and Leasing scenarios in Telugu or English grounded in Indian operational contexts (e.g., property leasing, tenant communication, concierge services, facility coordination, sales negotiations, community management, rental operations)
- Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for customer interaction, operational problem-solving, leasing workflows, and sales support tasks
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, service quality, policy compliance, and operational realism
- Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting industry best practices across India real estate, leasing, and property operations
