Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Experience with both greenfield development and modernizing legacy systems.
- Fluent in multiple programming languages and paradigms.
- Experience with full-stack development in large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, containerization, and microservices.
- Experience with CI/CD automation and branching strategies.
- Familiarity with production-grade AI/LLM integration and AI coding tools.
- Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, or semantic search.
- Ability to travel 25-50%.
Responsibilities
- Break down monolithic legacy applications into cloud-native services.
- Build full-stack, production-grade applications with REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Write clean, testable code and perform code reviews.
- Design event-driven and microservices architectures.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
- Configure CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
- Collaborate with Operations for containerization and observability.
- Mentor and uplift team members through pairing and feedback.
