- Proven experience making architecture decisions under constraints
- Experience working in complex, multi-cloud enterprise environments
- Experience with CI/CD automation and cloud-native platform adoption
- Shipped AI-powered features in production
- Hands-on experience with RAG, LLM orchestration, or agentic workflows
Responsibilities
- Architecting technical solutions within your workstream
- Designing and building cloud-native services from legacy systems
- Building full-stack, production-grade applications
- Writing and reviewing code across multiple languages
- Designing event-driven and microservices architectures
- Integrating AI and LLM capabilities into client applications
- Implementing CI/CD pipelines and delivery automation
- Leading a small team of engineers
- Mentoring team members through 1:1s and code review
