Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, or a similar legal support role.
- Strong understanding of financial services licensing frameworks.
- Experience in lending or money transmission licensing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on multistate financial services licensing requirements, including lending and money transmission regulations.
- Prepare, review, and submit licensing applications with a high degree of accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on licensing matters.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain processes for tracking renewals, amendments, terminations, and ongoing licensing obligations.
- Collaborate with attorneys to design licensing strategies that optimize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory reports.
