- Work daily in a proprietary database to complete data entry tasks, ensuring records are accurate and consistent.
- Provide high-quality customer service in English and Spanish via phone and email.
- Manage individual workload to ensure deadlines are met and team goals are supported.
- Conduct peer-to-peer training and follow-up for new team members.
- Upload client submissions into the database and assign workload to staff.
- Process new client applications, payments, and client updates.
- Process inspection reports, export certificates, and import certificates.
