Requirements

- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries
- Proven experience in partner or vendor management
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of quality systems in life sciences
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end oversight of regulatory partner activities
- Monitor partner performance against defined KPIs
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution
- Ensure alignment with evolving local regulatory requirements
- Support regional regulatory teams in planning and preparing submissions
- Maintain and update internal regulatory databases
- Foster strong relationships with external partners
- Oversee training effectiveness for partners
