- Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial agreements, including supply, customer, vendor, and co-manufacturing contracts.
- Provide strategic legal guidance on contract interpretation, risk assessment, and commercial terms.
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual disputes and coordinate responses to customers, suppliers, and third parties.
- Monitor evolving legal and regulatory developments relevant to food-related industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
