Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday Integrations or enterprise integration development roles.
- Active Workday certification in Integrations and Studio (mandatory).
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Connectors, APIs, and CCTPP.
- Solid understanding of web service technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, and SAML.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and post-production integration support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution design skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders in global environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Connectors, APIs, and Document Transformations.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate design options, and secure sign-off on integration solutions.
- Develop detailed interface specifications, field mappings, and system process designs in line with established methodologies.
- Analyze technical impacts of configuration decisions and ensure alignment with overall solution architecture.
- Facilitate design workshops for implementation and application management services (AMS) projects.
- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate risks or concerns to project management as needed.
- Support knowledge transfer by educating clients on integration operations and SaaS interface management.
- Ensure adherence to integration standards, security protocols, and best practices across all deliverables.
