Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration development, with strong hands-on expertise in MuleSoft (including DataWeave).
- Deep knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex, scalable integration solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of API security, system architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction in collaborative environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Nice to have: Salesforce integration experience, Kafka, telephony systems (e.g., Five9), or enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Nice to have: prior experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end integration solutions using MuleSoft and related API technologies across enterprise systems.
- Define and enforce integration architecture standards, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Lead solution design reviews, troubleshoot complex integration challenges, and drive resolution of system issues.
- Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of enterprise integration platforms and APIs.
- Mentor and guide less experienced engineers, promoting best practices in development and design.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of integration engineering processes and delivery practices.
