Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query (M language).
- Experience with predictive analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and SAP solutions (BusinessObjects, Business Explorer).
- Ability to work with SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Proven experience supporting digital transformation in medium to large organizations.
- Strong ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Adaptable with a coaching mindset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct capability assessments and gap analyses to identify digital transformation opportunities.
- Design and develop scalable digital architectures using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform.
- Build dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI with advanced modeling techniques.
- Develop AI-enabled and automation solutions using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Fabric.
- Support deployment activities, including testing, pilot rollouts, and change management.
- Deliver user training, onboarding, and coaching to improve solution adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and reporting frameworks.
