  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Life and Health Insurance license or ability to obtain within one year

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation of employee benefits administration systems for low to moderate complexity clients
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical configurations and implementation deliverables across data and EDI processes
  • Serve as a key technical point of contact for internal teams and clients throughout implementation phases
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional EBTech teams to ensure consistent application of processes
  • Conduct regular reviews of project outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance
