- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive client data
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Life and Health Insurance license or ability to obtain within one year
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation of employee benefits administration systems for low to moderate complexity clients
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical configurations and implementation deliverables across data and EDI processes
- Serve as a key technical point of contact for internal teams and clients throughout implementation phases
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional EBTech teams to ensure consistent application of processes
- Conduct regular reviews of project outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance
