Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, solutions delivery, or similar roles within AI, SaaS, or data-driven environments.
- Proven commercial ownership experience, including managing revenue targets, SOWs, and professional services P&L responsibility.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude, v0, Replit).
- Deep understanding of LLM application patterns, including RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and tool use.
- Ability to operate effectively in both technical environments and executive-level client discussions.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling teams in fast-paced or early-stage environments.
- Strong judgment around production readiness, including scalability, security, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI solution delivery from discovery to production, including rapid prototyping, client demos, and deployment of LLM-based and agentic systems.
- Design and deliver scalable AI service offerings such as discovery workshops, proof-of-concept engagements, and managed AI solutions.
- Oversee transition of solutions into production environments, ensuring reliability, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Establish responsible AI delivery standards, including data governance, security, and privacy.
- Own the professional services P&L, including revenue targets, margin performance, and forecasting.
- Partner with sales teams to scope, price, and close new AI services opportunities.
- Build, hire, and scale a multidisciplinary AI services team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to feed client insights into roadmap development.
