Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, market research, or competitive intelligence.
- Strong expertise in market sizing, trend analysis, value chain mapping, and M&A analysis.
- Experience with research platforms: PitchBook, Cap IQ, D&B Hoovers, Preqin, AlphaSense, or Factiva.
- Strong academic background in business, economics, engineering, computer science, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
- Intellectual curiosity and strong business judgment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors, disrupters, and market trends across real estate and adjacent industries.
- Perform market sizing, value chain analysis, white space identification, and business model assessments.
- Synthesize complex datasets into executive-ready presentations and actionable strategic recommendations.
- Support competitive intelligence initiatives including tracking competitor activity and M&A.
- Design research frameworks and conduct expert interviews.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across corporate strategy, finance, and product teams.
- Build structured competitor landscapes and strategic benchmarking models.
- Contribute to go-to-market analysis, investment evaluations, and growth opportunity assessments.
