Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 15–20+ years of experience in T&D, EPC, or power supply systems sales and tendering.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals exceeding $15M USD.
  • Strong knowledge of HV/MV AIS/GIS substation equipment.
  • Knowledge of utility/industrial energy markets.
  • Experience working with utilities, EPC contractors, and international energy clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing strategy and negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value pursuits in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of winning sales strategies for large EPC and substation projects.
  • Manage end-to-end tendering processes, including preparation, submission, and negotiation of complex offers with global energy customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality tender deliverables.
  • Drive pricing strategy, competitor analysis, and value positioning.
  • Maintain visibility of pursuit status for senior leadership through CRM tools and reporting.
  • Represent the organization in industry events and market forums.
  • Support forecasting, market analysis, and strategic pipeline development.
