Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 15–20+ years of experience in T&D, EPC, or power supply systems sales and tendering.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals exceeding $15M USD.
- Strong knowledge of HV/MV AIS/GIS substation equipment.
- Knowledge of utility/industrial energy markets.
- Experience working with utilities, EPC contractors, and international energy clients.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing strategy and negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value pursuits in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of winning sales strategies for large EPC and substation projects.
- Manage end-to-end tendering processes, including preparation, submission, and negotiation of complex offers with global energy customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality tender deliverables.
- Drive pricing strategy, competitor analysis, and value positioning.
- Maintain visibility of pursuit status for senior leadership through CRM tools and reporting.
- Represent the organization in industry events and market forums.
- Support forecasting, market analysis, and strategic pipeline development.
