Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of consumer products or CPG sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on Amazon eCommerce (1P experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing Amazon accounts, and executing pricing and promotional strategies in a competitive digital environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, trade funds, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate them into business actions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, persuasive presentations and influence decision-making.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and strong operational execution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic Amazon business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and category growth targets across assigned brands.
  • Identify emerging market trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights, translating them into actionable recommendations for Ecommerce leadership.
  • Manage day-to-day Amazon account operations, including product assortment, pricing, promotions, and content execution aligned with customer objectives.
  • Oversee trade spend, forecasting, budget management, and financial tracking to ensure optimal investment and performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (digital marketing, creative, finance, supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and launches.
  • Lead customer presentations and partner engagement discussions covering innovations, promotional strategies, and business performance updates.
  • Support new product launches and ensure strong alignment across planning, execution, and post-launch performance tracking.
