Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in product management, product leadership, or large-scale software transformation initiatives.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing Product Managers, Product Owners, or similar product leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading desktop-to-cloud migrations, SaaS transformations, or enterprise software modernization programs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architectures, including Azure, AWS, and cloud-native service models.
  • Experience integrating AI, machine learning capabilities, intelligent automation, or copilot technologies into enterprise software products.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data platforms, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development environments.
  • Experience with SaaS business models, subscription strategies, monetization frameworks, and product lifecycle management.
  • Background in CAD/CAM software, manufacturing technology, industrial automation, or related sectors strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for cloud transformation, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business priorities, and long-term platform strategy.
  • Partner with engineering leadership and software architects to establish modernization initiatives, service-based architectures, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Drive the transition from desktop-based software toward scalable cloud-enabled platforms and modular product ecosystems.
  • Define AI-powered workflows, intelligent automation strategies, predictive insights, and customer-facing innovation opportunities.
  • Develop product strategies for telemetry, analytics, data pipelines, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure transformation success, including adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Lead organizational readiness efforts, change management initiatives, internal communications, and transformation enablement programs.
  • Mentor product professionals and promote modern product management practices focused on cloud, SaaS, and AI-driven innovation.
