- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmapping, and agile development methodologies
- Experience leveraging data analytics, KPIs, and user insights to drive product decisions
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong skills in systems thinking, problem-solving, and structured decision-making
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Experience collaborating closely with distributed engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap definition for AI-enabled platforms and experimental AI initiatives across the AI development lifecycle.
- Translate emerging AI technologies into scalable product capabilities that drive measurable business and user value.
- Apply user-centered design and customer journey mapping to gather insights and iterate on product experiences.
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks to assess AI product performance, including accuracy, reliability, cost efficiency, and security.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
- Conduct build-versus-buy analyses and use structured decision-making to guide product direction and investment priorities.
- Lead discovery, experimentation, and test-and-learn initiatives to validate assumptions and refine AI-driven solutions.
- Break down complex technical concepts into clear, actionable user stories aligned with agile delivery practices.
- Ensure consistency and alignment across multiple products to deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences.
