Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Product Leadership
- Experience with end-to-end responsibility for digital products
- Strong ability to operate at the intersection of hardware and software
- Experience turning ambiguous inputs into structured roadmaps and requirements
- Technical familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cross-platform architecture
- Strong communication skills with experience writing structured product documentation
- Experience collaborating with engineers and designers in agile environments
- Strong product judgment grounded in user behavior and data
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product as a unified ecosystem spanning hardware, mobile apps, desktop applications, and integrations
- Define, structure, and prioritize the product roadmap
- Design and refine key user journeys such as focus modes, timers, distraction blocking, and automation workflows
- Align hardware and software behavior to ensure seamless interaction
- Collaborate with engineering and design to define requirements and acceptance criteria
- Monitor product performance metrics and use insights to guide prioritization
- Coordinate product direction across cross-functional teams
