Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide product decisions and improve performance outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with product and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion.
Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and a customer-centric approach to product design.

Define, communicate, and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, writing clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering execution.
Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product features from concept through launch and iteration.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs.
Define, track, and analyze product KPIs and user behavior metrics to drive data-informed decision-making and product optimization.
Lead product launches, sprint planning, and ongoing experimentation to improve adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
