Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare data, such as revenue cycle/claims, patient access, quality data, or interoperability
- 3+ years of experience working in payer-provider managed care contracting
- Expertise in data modeling, large-scale data processing, and Excel
- Experience with visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, mathematical, and creative thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to create strong customer relationships
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across seniority levels
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert, partnering with customers to understand their data and reporting requirements, and effectively translating them to our engineering team
- Educate customers through various channels such as email, blog posts, and webinars
- Provide comprehensive analytics support, empowering customers with self-service tools
- Tackle critical business and infrastructure issues through ad hoc analysis and data extraction
- Guide customers in migrating our data to their platforms and tools
- Collaborate closely with the product team to drive product development
- Work with data engineering to design robust data structures and pipelines
- Seek and prioritize technical feedback by engaging with customers
