Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional graphic design and/or commercial illustration experience.
- Experience with in-house licensing, merchandising, or consumer products.
- Familiarity with licensed IP, style guides, and brand bibles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating print-based product application design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Understanding of print production and file preparation for manufacturing.
- Ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing graphics and illustrations for licensed merchandise.
- Develop designs from IP asset packages, style guides, and brand bibles.
- Adapt and reformat licensed artwork for different product applications.
- Prepare print-ready artwork files for manufacturing and retail.
- Produce creative assets for digital channels including paid media and email.
- Assist in the delivery of marketing collateral for brand campaigns.
- Manage project workflow, track requests, and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align design with commercial and IP requirements.
- Conduct research into fashion and lifestyle trends.
