- Self-motivated and effective as an independent operator in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends.
Responsibilities
- Travel across the U.S. and Canada to attend events, expos, and community meetings.
- Build and expand community network by networking with local leaders, partners, and organizations.
- Establish on-the-ground presence in new U.S. cities every few weeks.
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for Ghanaian expat communities.
- Own and drive growth targets across online and offline channels.
- Organize and participate in local events, meetups, and forums.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships to accelerate user growth.
- Conduct market research and provide actionable insights to Product and Marketing teams.
