Requirements
- Professional experience in international student and scholar services (ISSS), employment-based immigration, or global mobility.
- Practical knowledge of F-1, J-1, H-1B, O-1, TN, or E-3 visa processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex workflows.
- Experience documenting processes or procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with TestRail or similar test management platforms is a plus.
- Experience with immigration or international education software platforms (e.g., Sunapsis, Terra Dotta) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of product features and workflows.
- Conduct full validation to ensure product functionality aligns with real-world immigration and international services processes.
- Identify, reproduce, and document defects with clear bug reports and reproduction steps.
- Assist with the development and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Document test execution and results in test management platforms.
- Create and maintain release notes and internal testing guides.
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure user stories reflect regulatory requirements.
- Work with developers and QA engineers to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
