Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads management and ROI reporting.
- Experience with a marketing automation platform (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Proficiency in SEO research and on-page optimization.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and data reporting.
- Strong written communication skills for ad copy, email, and social posts.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Experience working in a lean, execution-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Manage the blog and editorial calendar with a focus on IAM and security topics.
- Drive organic growth through technical and on-page SEO.
- Manage marketing automation platform, including list management and lead scoring.
- Own social media presence and support executive LinkedIn presence.
- Execute end-to-end webinars, including promotion and platform management.
- Oversee website content updates and performance monitoring.
- Build multi-channel performance dashboards and report to leadership.
- Source and manage external design and content contractors.
