Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads management and ROI reporting.
  • Experience with a marketing automation platform (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Proficiency in SEO research and on-page optimization.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and data reporting.
  • Strong written communication skills for ad copy, email, and social posts.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Experience working in a lean, execution-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Manage the blog and editorial calendar with a focus on IAM and security topics.
  • Drive organic growth through technical and on-page SEO.
  • Manage marketing automation platform, including list management and lead scoring.
  • Own social media presence and support executive LinkedIn presence.
  • Execute end-to-end webinars, including promotion and platform management.
  • Oversee website content updates and performance monitoring.
  • Build multi-channel performance dashboards and report to leadership.
  • Source and manage external design and content contractors.
