Requirements
- Experience building production-grade full-stack software with modern frontend expertise.
- Experience designing interfaces for complex internal tools or case-management systems.
- Proven track record of converting ambiguous operational problems into structured systems.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals including API design and data modeling.
- Experience building internal platforms or operational automation tooling.
- Strong judgment on security, access boundaries, and constraint-based system design.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build frontend experiences for ticket requests, agent actions, and human approval workflows.
- Replace manual, privileged tasks with narrow, auditable, and automated processes.
- Develop agentic solutions to resolve tickets and gather context automatically.
- Improve the full ITSM experience including intake, routing, and auditability.
- Build reusable APIs and execution primitives for enterprise systems.
- Design internal applications balancing frontend usability with secure backend systems.
- Partner with IT and Security teams to align with Zero Trust and RBAC principles.
- Build backend foundations for identity, ticketing, and service integrations.
- Strengthen monitoring, observability, and incident response readiness.
