Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of client experience with increasing responsibility.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related area is preferred.
- Ability to travel for in-office activities, client and site visits as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage a key client account as the main point of contact.
- Work closely with project managers to lead project execution plans.
- Develop deep understanding of client business and industry to present growth strategies.
- Identify new opportunities and cross-sell services to the client.
- Create and execute communication plans to provide status updates and reports.
- Lead efforts to secure repeat client work.
- Manage client expectations and negotiate outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal leaders to address client concerns or conflicts.
