- Strong background in software engineering
- Deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10 (Web & API)
- Experience with modern attack paths such as auth flaws, SSRF, injection, and business logic abuse
- Hands-on security testing experience, specifically with Burp Suite
- Proficiency in Python for security tooling and automation
- Experience implementing SAST, SCA, DAST, and secret scanning in CI/CD pipelines
- Practical experience leading threat modelling sessions
- Strong collaboration skills for driving remediation
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities
- Perform hands-on application security testing and penetration tests
- Review pull requests for security flaws
- Lead threat modelling sessions for new features
- Develop security tooling and automation
- Embed secure development practices across the SDLC
- Tune SAST, SCA, and DAST tools in CI/CD pipelines
