Job Details

Experience: At least 3 years active full time licensed lending experience within the past 5 years

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Never had a loan originator license revoked.
Must not have been convicted of a felony in the last 7 years.
Demonstrate financial responsibility, character, and general fitness.
Holds an active Mortgage Loan Originator license.
At least 3 years active full time licensed lending experience within the past 5 years.
Minimum of 45 first lien residential mortgages within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

Maintain the Utah Lending Manager license.
Complete the required annual Continuing Education.
Maintain communication with the legal department.
