Requirements
- 2+ years of mortgage lending experience (retail, correspondent, or wholesale).
- Proven ability to generate leads and close loans efficiently.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and jumbo loans.
- NMLS license required.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Originate, process, and close mortgage loans for qualified borrowers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, and referral partners.
- Assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage products.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and bank policies throughout the loan process.
- Maintain accurate records of all loan applications, communications, and documentation.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual production goals.
