Responsibilities
- Provide user and implementation support to customers, partners, and staff.
- Identify urgent support issues and escalate appropriately.
- Investigate reported issues and identify suitable workarounds.
- Manage incoming support requests and log all work.
- Run group or individual user training sessions and create training videos.
- Document user guides, knowledge bases, and help files.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to developers and non-technical staff.
- Install or upgrade systems and assist with version release testing.
- Report on weekly support statistics and trends.
