Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or candidate coordination
- Comfortable handling high-volume, process-driven recruitment in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational, analytical, and data-oriented skills
- Clear, precise, and factual communication style
- Ability to work with metrics and structured processes
- Strong CRM / database management and sourcing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting workloads
- Comfortable with flexible work hours and occasional travel coordination
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with registered candidates, ensuring up-to-date information on availability, work status, certifications, and market trends
- Source freelance and contract personnel for offshore and project-based assignments
- Build and maintain a live, scalable candidate pipeline aligned with project demand
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for deployed personnel
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in CRM
- Conduct pre-employment and compliance checks in line with policy and legislation
- Support Senior Account Managers with candidate insights, availability tracking, and market intelligence
