Requirements
- Leadership experience managing a team of Solutions Engineers focused on large enterprise accounts.
- Experience with cloud security.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Network engineering experience/background.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines, and containers.
- Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks.
- Understanding of cloud identity, access, certificates, and keys.
- Ability to travel 25-50%.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the regionally-based sales director to develop a strong working relationship with the account teams.
- Perform team leadership while also getting hands-on experience with technology.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers for cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Manage, recruit, retain, and coach a team of regionally focused skilled Solutions Engineers.
- Partner with sales and product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
- Drive team accountability to deal management in Salesforce.
