Requirements
- 1.5 years of professional experience in Cyber Security and knowledge in PenTesting.
- Very good knowledge of Linux and network technology.
- Experience as a trainer or possession of an instructor license (Ausbilderschein) is an advantage.
- Ideally holds certifications: CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA PenTest+.
- Ability to communicate with diverse people.
- Ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable way.
- Positive, energetic attitude and desire to work with career changers.
- Familiarity with CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+, PenTest+, or IHK Cyber Security Advisor certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead a 12-month online course and impart know-how in the field of Cyber Security (weekdays 09:00 - 13:00).
- Integrate CompTIA learning environments such as CertMaster Learn, Labs, and Practice.
- Support students in their practical project work with the help of Teaching Assistants.
- Prepare participants for the exams of the respective CompTIA certifications.
- Continuously improve and adapt teaching content.
- Optimize the use of the learning environment.
- Integrate the latest technological and pedagogical developments into teaching strategies.
