Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in project management and production in marketing/events.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, roll-outs, and materials.
- Skilled in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
- Proven client-facing experience and collaboration with sales teams.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Proficient in SketchUp.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Rhino and rendering software is a plus.
- Background in print/layout graphics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Visualize, analyze, and communicate project scope of work and create innovative solutions.
- Research new innovative materials and maintain material library.
- Generate preliminary schematic decks for client reference and approval.
- Read and interpret drawings; create detailed production documents.
- Plan and estimate budgets for projects; negotiate pricing.
- Create detailed renderings for client approval.
- Generate vector art/production files for large format printing.
- Maintain archive of clients brand collateral.
- Supervise installations and manage multiple installations simultaneously.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics; maintain and expand client/vendor relations.
