Requirements

- Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and spoken)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional telephone communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues based on user reports and system analysis
- Log and manage incidents in line with agreed SLAs using ticketing tools
- Escalate complex issues to second-line or specialist teams when required
- Deliver remote support, including VPN access assistance
- Support mobile devices and secure storage solutions
- Maintain and manage user accounts in restricted and shared environments
- Communicate system alerts and outages to users
- Identify recurring issues and report trends to management
- Create and update technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles
