Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain management.
- Experience in a dynamic environment like a start-up is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing external service providers and multi-stakeholder communication.
- High affinity for digital tools such as TMS and CRM.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
- Fluency in German and good proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Commission and manage truck transports to FINN stations.
- Ensure high service levels including on-time delivery and documentation.
- Manage transport capacities efficiently.
- Develop and standardize LKW delivery processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams on digital transformation and TMS integration.
- Identify and onboard new logistics partners.
- Manage complex partner relationships and resolve operational issues.
