- Experience in the payment industry or fintech.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and coding agents.
- Deep expertise in software architecture, microservices, and AWS.
- Proficiency in RESTful service design and high-performance APIs.
- Experience with database design and optimization (e.g., PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team focusing on AI adoption.
- Drive the design and implementation of AI agents for developer productivity.
- Contribute hands-on to system design, code reviews, and AI-driven capabilities.
- Architect scalable and secure systems combining backend engineering with AI.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards like PCI DSS and GDPR.
