Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer.
- 8 or more years of related project experience.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively on a team.

- Ability to generate innovative solutions to complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as project manager or lead design engineer on hyperscale data center projects.
- Prepare planning and design documents.
- Process design calculations.
- Develop and maintain team and client standards.
- Lead quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Act as an advisor on complex engineering projects.
- Coordinate with other Olsson teams, staff, clients, and consultants.
- Travel to job sites for observation and meetings.
