Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact existing clients to upsell new FinTech and payment solutions.
  • Manage a high volume of calls and emails across daily outreach activities.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline (200+ opportunities) and automated outreach campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to the Operations Team Leader.
  • Conduct self-prospecting and eCommerce research when needed.
  • Handle account administration, data entry, and CRM updates with precision.
  • Deliver consultative, solution-based sales conversations.
  • Support clients with onboarding and integration processes.
  • Uphold compliance and quality standards at all times.
