Responsibilities
- Proactively contact existing clients to upsell new FinTech and payment solutions.
- Manage a high volume of calls and emails across daily outreach activities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline (200+ opportunities) and automated outreach campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to the Operations Team Leader.
- Conduct self-prospecting and eCommerce research when needed.
- Handle account administration, data entry, and CRM updates with precision.
- Deliver consultative, solution-based sales conversations.
- Support clients with onboarding and integration processes.
- Uphold compliance and quality standards at all times.
