Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Client Success, Account Management, Marketing Strategy, or Implementation.
  • Experience working directly with B2B clients in a consultative role.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tactics such as email, programmatic, and segmentation.
  • Proven success managing concurrent projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to explain technical or data-driven concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for training and client meetings.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Client Success point of contact for new Segmint Data & Marketing clients from kickoff through go-live.
  • Lead or co-lead client kickoff and discovery sessions to clarify objectives and success criteria.
  • Validate client environment configurations, data feeds, and user access prior to launch.
  • Develop and deliver structured training sessions tailored to client stakeholders.
  • Monitor product engagement and early health metrics to identify adoption gaps.
  • Guide clients through initial campaign setup and activation.
  • Prepare transition packages for long-term Strategic CSMs.
  • Maintain accurate records in Customer Success tools like Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Contribute to refining onboarding playbooks and internal procedures.
