Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in network deployment, configuration, and architectural design.
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Minimum of CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Experience with Fortinet NSE 6 and NSE 7.
- Experience with Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Aruba ClearPass, Aruba switches, and wireless.
- Experience with Cisco Firepower and Palo Alto security services.
- Understanding of encryption and SSL/TLS technologies.
- Experience in large Data Center or Enterprise/campus design.
- Knowledge of networking protocols (STP, Nexus vPC, IPSEC/SSLVPN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily network, firewall, and operational support.
- Troubleshoot network issues and failures, implementing changes to ensure stability.
- Provide technical analysis of operational issues and remediations.
- Maintain updated documentation and procedures during active events.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and products.
- Lead problem solving and evolve system roadmaps with stakeholders.
- Communicate regular updates and reports to the management team.
