Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, focusing on AI/ML-powered products.
- Success in launching and scaling AI-driven products from concept to commercialization.
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and AI product development.
- Familiarity with OCR systems, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and enterprise automation.
- Knowledge of LLMs, Vision-Language Models (VLMs), and generative AI workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to translate technical insights into product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI product strategy by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities for AI-driven innovation through market research and competitive analysis.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Own and evolve foundational AI capabilities across product lines.
- Drive experimentation and data-informed decision-making.
- Evangelize AI initiatives and promote AI-first thinking.
