Responsibilities

  • Set experiential direction and provide strategic guidance across the full arc of engagements.
  • Define and champion human-centered product principles.
  • Oversee and direct work across complex, large-scale engagements.
  • Distill complex inputs into clear, defensible design directions.
  • Devise product visions, feature sets, and roadmaps.
  • Build scalable, accessible design systems.
  • Work across disciplines to establish unified experiential approaches.
  • Mentor, manage, and grow a team of UX designers.
  • Identify process improvements and integrate AI tools into the design workflow.
  • Lead client presentations, workshops, and manage long-term client relationships.
