Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- 2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Working knowledge of shipping procedures and practices.
- Working knowledge of inventory control processes.
- Familiarity with inventoried product line specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails from Territory Managers.
- Research and provide information such as ETA, order tracking, and delivery issues.
- Process orders, invoices, credits, and returns.
- Manage vendor drop ship orders and update order status.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and back-order issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate with internal departments including Accounting and Purchasing.
- Participate in regular company training programs.
