Responsibilities
- Build and maintain A/B testing infrastructure for website and mobile app
- Build data pipelines for user behavior and experiment results
- Instrument analytics tools
- Implement test variants for experiments and onboarding flows
- Define success metrics and measure impact of changes
- Analyze experiment results and document learnings
- Generate, prioritize, and pitch growth hypotheses
- Collaborate with product and business teams to identify growth opportunities
