Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
- Proficiency in financial analysis methods and concepts.
- Ability to analyze and extract data from databases and build dynamic tables.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Perfect English in both verbal and written communications.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is strongly preferred.
- Background in DTC, retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods is a plus.
- Looker skills are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of Rebag’s financial reporting, including the annual budget, monthly forecast, and business reviews.
- Maintain the company’s financial model, including running “what-if” scenarios and modeling new initiatives.
- Prepare daily liquidity and collateral reporting, including cash, accounts receivable, and inventory balances.
- Support month-end close by reforecasting, calculating, and reporting on sales, promotions, marketing, and retail commissions.
- Assist in the creation and review of presentations and detailed financial analyses for senior management and the board.
- Ensure documentation of all FP&A processes is updated.
- Work with the Tech team to validate metrics and underlying data of SQL-based business reporting.
