Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, consulting, customer-facing, or software support roles
  • Experience in SaaS or platform environments
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to understand operational workflows and translate them into scalable system solutions
  • Confidence in advising customers and recommending suitable solutions
  • Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven way of working
  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and German, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, training, migration, and go-live phases
  • Conduct configuration workshops to understand customer workflows and business needs
  • Translate operational requirements into scalable and stable system configurations
  • Advise customers on platform best practices and implementation decisions
  • Deliver structured trainings that enable successful and independent platform adoption
  • Ensure high-quality implementations before go-live
  • Support customers during migration and hypercare activities
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Document decisions, configurations, and open topics
  • Independently manage smaller implementation projects end-to-end
