Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, BA, or Solution Consultant in B2B environments.
- Experience producing project documentation and working alongside development teams.
- Understanding of Product and Project Management contexts.
- Demonstrated ability in estimation discipline.
- Strong stakeholder management skills for mixed technical and business audiences.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous project scopes.
- Ability to frame risks to drive actionable outcomes.
- Fluency in Jira and Confluence.
- Active use of modern AI tooling in workflows.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve open issues, blockers, and escalations from Project Managers.
- Translate Project Management concerns into product-relevant language for Product Owners.
- Track resolution of identified issues and close the loop with Project Management.
- Identify and escalate systemic issues to the Group Product Manager.
- Embed with Project Managers to identify and flag product/delivery risks.
- Contribute to process improvements to reduce recurring risks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Clients to facilitate resolutions.
