Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Product Owner, Solution Consultant, or equivalent (BA with PO scope, Technical PM, Pre-Sales Engineer) in B2B.
  • Proven experience producing Solution Design documents and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Experience operating across both Product and Sales/Pre-Sales contexts.
  • Demonstrated experience leading discovery/solution design sessions with external clients.
  • Strong skills in facilitating meetings with mixed business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with estimation discipline and defending estimates.
  • Ability to write clear, contractually defensible SOW language.
  • Fluent in Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience using modern AI tooling in workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Translate sales-cycle commitments into clearly defined Epics for Product Owners.
  • Lead customer-facing Solution Design and BRD sessions.
  • Contribute product expertise to RFP responses.
  • Author or co-author SOW solution language for enhancements and integrations.
  • Identify systemic product/integration risks.
  • Coordinate input from Engineering Leads, UI/UX designers, and SMEs.
  • Review proposals for product feasibility and roadmap alignment.
  • Hand off well-defined work to Delivery POs.
