Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience.
- Expert-level Python skills for ETL and pipeline orchestration.
- Deep SQL proficiency in query optimization and data modeling.
- 2+ years of experience working with AI-first development workflows.
- 4+ years of experience with AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift) and/or Azure big data services.
- 1+ year of experience with Snowflake.
- 2+ years of experience with orchestration frameworks.
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience with Apex and configuration.
- Experience with Kimball dimensional modeling.
- Power BI or equivalent BI tool experience.
- Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL, Kafka, Kinesis).
- Application development literacy (e.g., Python/Flask, Node).
Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders directly to gather, clarify, and document project requirements.
- Translate requirements into architected data solutions including storage, pipeline, modeling, and delivery.
- Own end-to-end testing, data quality checks, reconciliation, and integration.
- Deploy solutions to production and monitor post-deployment health.
- Execute AI-first development sessions for pipeline orchestration and maintenance.
- Design and build complex data pipelines from AWS, Azure, Salesforce, and third-party APIs.
- Implement and evolve data models using Kimball methodology.
- Build and support Power BI data models and reports.
- Develop internal data applications and automation tools.
